What's new at All Saints?

 
Pastor Inquiry Classes (PIC) - May 2nd, 5th  and 6th
PIC (Pastor Inquiry Classes) will be held following liturgy on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday for those interested in becoming members of All Saints.
Spring Clean Up Day - TBD
Please stop by the church and help us get ready for summer and all of the property improvements we will be making.
First Communion Classes - May 5th, 12th,19th, and 26th   
Classes for First Communion will be held on Saturdays from 11 AM until Noon. After the last class on May 26th a brief meeting will be held to go over what to expect at the ceremony.
Mothers' Day Service - May 13th
The SCS children will be doing the readings, the greetings, the ushering, and have a special fellowship after the liturgy in honor of the women of our church.  The Sunday school children will also be singing a song for us that day and share some of their special talents.
**This is a regular Sunday school day.
All Committee Night - Monday, May 14th
This is your opportunity to give input, present ideas, or offer new opinions to the committee of your choice.  It is a great way to get to know others in the congregation. You may participate at any level that you are comfortable.  Meetings are held at 6:30 PM and last 45 minutes.  Please feel free to join us. The committees include: Christian Education, Evangelism, Finance, Stewardship, Property, Youth, World Concerns, Worship and Music.
Junior Youth Group Outing - May 20th
The Junior Youth are planning an outing to Wehr Nature Center from 1 - 3 PM.
Flower Sale - May 20th
The Worship and Music committee will be sponsoring a flower sale from CJ's Nursery. Plan on getting your bedding plants and hanging baskets at a great price and still help your church. The truck will be right in the parking lot.
Sweet Sundays - May 20th
The ladies will be holding an "Olina faire" party in the church hall at
2 PM.  Olina faire will share their collection  of fair trade jewelry, accessories, and home decor products made by talented international artisans. The money raised through sales provides funds for basic needs, such as fresh water, food, shelter, education, and health care for their families and communities. All are welcome to join!
Acolyte Training - May 26th
Training will be held from 12:30 - 1 PM after the last First Communion class.
Spring First Communion - May 27th
The spring First Communion ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, May 27th during the 10 AM liturgy. 
Fathers' Day Service - June 17th
The SCS children will be singing a song in honor of the men of the church and share some of their special talents. The liturgy will be followed by a special fellowship in their honor as well.
**This is a regular Sunday school day.
Outdoor Liturgies - July 21st and August 5th
Our outdoor liturgies will be held on these dates followed by some great fellowship.
Vacation Church School - August 12 - 16th
TWe will be discovering God's lifesaving love in the "Adventures on Promise Island."  Come hear the stories of the bible and hear one of God's promises on each of these 5 days.  The program will be held from 6 PM - 8:30 PM.

Cookbooks Are Here!
The cookbooks are ready for your enjoyment! They sell for $18 each and contain over 1,000 of YOUR recipes. These would make great gifts so buy more than one. You can see them and purchase them after services.
White Books
The new hymnals may be purchased in Memory or Honor of special people in your life.  Order forms are available at church - $15 per book or 2 for $25.

Scrip Update
All Saints now offers the availability of scrip for sale online! Purchase online by Monday morning at 7 AM to receive your order by Thursday night (or just in time for the weekend). Click here for more information.
